Sacred Groves

This is a semi-evergreen sacred grove in Dodamarg Taluka, Sindhudurg District, Maharashtra, quite close to the Goa border. It has an abundance of Ashoka (Saraca asoca) trees, and idols of ancient deities can be found here.
