Closer to the shore, we donned our snorkels and jumped into the water. The water was crystal clear and we could see right to the sandy white bottom, 4-5m below the surface. We swam close to the boat and perpendicular to the coast, skin-diving without tanks to check for signs of seagrass or other marine life. After playing in the water like children for a while, we swam towards the breaking waves and crossed over to the shore.
